NHS Sussex are looking to develop a series of health resources in Mid Sussex. The information on these pages will be for people in Mid Sussex to know more about their local health services and how to access them.

NHS Sussex are looking to work in partnership with communities across Mid Sussex to produce these. We want to ensure that the resources are shaped by those who live and work within Mid Sussex.

Sections will cover:

- How the NHS Works

- How to keep healthy

- Finding the right care in Mid Sussex

In addition to information that will be useful for everyone, there are also specific pages for special groups as such as the armed forces community, asylum seekers and those affected by homelessness. We will shape specific resources for communities in Mid Sussex.

Before sharing your idea or responding to the survey below, please have a look at the Crawley health resources. The Crawley health resources have been produced as a series of booklets and leaflets in 13 languages.

If you have any queries or want to discuss the development of resources in more detail, please contact Tom Goodridge to arrange a meeting.
