We are really keen to know what you think about the COVID-19 vaccine.

We would like to know your views on it, your choice about the vaccine and what influenced you either way.

The NHS is working incredibly hard to offer all adults the COVID-19 vaccination in Sussex but we know there might be things that can be improved to help support more people to have theirs.

In particular, we want to continue to increase the number of younger people who are coming forward and your views can help us.
