Transforming Cardiology Services in East Sussex

Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on Linkedin Email this link

We want to talk to those living in East Sussex about their experiences of some of our Cardiology services so that we can gather ideas and co-design a set of proposals that suggest changes to the services, and address some of the challenges the service faces to ultimately improve our Cardiology services. It is important that local people, patients and members of staff have a say in the development of those proposals and how the service could be delivered in the future.

This specifically relates to acute cardiology services which includes emergency management of heart attacks and the immediate and long term management of other cardiac conditions, including heart failure and heart arrhythmias. More information can be found in the questionnaire.

We are running a 6 week and 3 day pre-consultation engagement from 04th January 2021 to 14th February 2021 and you can get involved in several ways:

  • Complete the survey below
  • Contact us to take part in a telephone conversation
  • We would be pleased to visit any forums or groups you attend to talk about the plans
