Ahead of making improvements, we would like to hear from people who have used NHS wound care services in Sussex, and those who have cared for someone who has needed care for a wound.
We are also keen to hear from people who may be impacted by any changes proposed including
- those living in rural areas
- people from areas of deprivation
- older people
- minority ethnic communities
This survey will take between 15-25 minutes to complete.
The survey will close on 3 January 2024 and we will share a short report about what we have heard on the Sussex Wound Care page in February 2024.
There will be other opportunities to get involved in workshops and focus groups to help shape the services which will be promoted widely.
