    How do I get involved? 

    You can have your say in Let's Talk Crawley in a number of ways:

    • Via the online survey - on this website
    • Via a printed survey –  Request a copy of the document you can email, text or call your name and address to: sxccg.publicinvolvement@nhs.net. Simply fill in the survey and post it using the freepost envelope provided. 
    • Sharing your ideas on how to improve stroke services via our Your Ideas tool below
    • Responding to our regular Quick Poll questions 
    • At online and face-to-face engagement events, the dates and timings of which will be published on this website and shared via community groups, social media and at local community assets (including community centres, places of worship and local shops) 
    • Street engagement across key locations in Crawley 


    Will the Let's Talk Crawley be available in other languages? 

    • The Let's Talk Crawley promo leaflet and survey will be available in the following languages both digitally and physically: Arabic, Chagossian/Mauritian Creole, Farsi, Gujarati, Hungarian, Kurdish, Pashto/ Pakhto, Polish, Portuguese, Punjabi, Romanian, Tamil, Urdu
    • Deaf BSL users can share their views by using the free SignLive app that connects them to a qualified British Sign Language interpreter. More information about the SignLive service can be found here: https://signlive.co.uk/communitydirectory/


    How do you use my personal information?

    All information you provide will be processed by Sussex Clinical Commissioning Group's (CCG) Public Involvement Team in accordance with latest Data Protection legislation. Information will only be used to inform ways to enhance health and care services within Crawley and any personal information that could identify you will be kept for no more than one year after any decisions have been finalised.
