What are we doing?

We are asking for feedback from care experienced children & adults, Foster Carers and Professionals, to share views on health services or appointments they have experienced. The feedback can be given by completing one of the surveys that is for your age group or role. You can complete more than one survey - one for each service or appointment you have accessed if you choose.

You can also use our interactive Map to 'Pin drop' where you would like health services to be to make them more accessible for you.

By telling us where you would like to access health services, and sharing your experience of health appointments, you will help us make changes to health services in the future. If you have any questions, please drop one of us in the Designated team for Children In Care at NHS Sussex an email, and we will get back to you; our contact details are in the 'Who's Listening' section

    Why are we doing this?

We know that some children and adults who are care experienced, can have different health needs to those that have not been in care; this can mean some will be more likely to have health problems. We want to help make health services accessible, inclusive and effective for everybody, to help improve health outcomes.

This feedback platform has been co-designed with Children In Care and Care Leavers in Sussex. The feedback you provide will help us make health services work better for you.

    Will the feedback be anonymous?

Yes - we won't ask for your personal details and we will not be able to identify you. If there is something you would like to share with us outside of this page, please contact us through the 'Who's Listening' page
